Now Asst DCS COMM for North Central Region Civil Air Patrol. Formerly Nebraska Director of Communications 1983, 2004, and again starting in 2011. I have also served as the Nebraska Wing Vice Commander twice, Chief of Staff three times, Wing Safety Officer and Wing Inspector. At North Central Region HQ, I worked as the Region Inspector. I have returned to the North Central Region CAP HQ working in the communications training area starting in May of 2013, a position that I served in previously before becoming the NEWG DC in 2011. Now. NCR41 again.
