ABOUT JON MOORE

I have a background in leading and delivering projects requiring environmental impact assessment (EIA) and other environmental appraisals, principally in the infrastructure and energy sectors. I am experienced in all elements of project management and tender coordination, managing multi-disciplinary teams, delivering planning applications, and engaging with stakeholders and environmental consultees during the design development and assessment stages of projects.I am currently managing a portfolio of electricity transmission projects in Scotland for a leading energy client. As well as a strong focus on project management and delivery, I am currently helping pioneer new growth within Sweco around the ESG agenda. I\'m co-developing a service offering under Land Value / Natural Capital services, with rollout of key services to key clients in 2023.In 2022 I was seconded to Natural England as \'Business and Nature Recovery Lead\', leading the delivery of business-focussed engagement to England\'s Nature Recovery Network, a key part of the Government\'s 25-year Environment Plan. I planned and delivered various business engagement activities with organisations in different sectors, on behalf of NE.I\'m a strong communicator and really enjoy working in a team and collaborative environment, working on and managing exciting proposals and projects that aim to make a positive difference to society and the environment.
