The Manatee-Sarasota BIA is a fast growing trade association federated with the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The association membership has grown 60% beginning with my tenure in 2015, including 35% growth in 2017, now with 500+ members. Membership spans the residential and commercial building industry with members ranging from building contractors to trade and professional associates that support the industry.
