My responsibility is ensuring projects are built safely, compliantly, and with the level of discipline required when schedules, budgets, and public trust are on the line.My background includes deep experience in: • Underground construction (directional boring, trenching, conduit, handholes, vaults, restoration) • Aerial construction (strand, lash, overlash, pole transfers, make-ready coordination) • Large-scale fiber and communications infrastructure deploymentsI’ve managed multi-market programs, led large field organizations, and overseen capital budgets exceeding $50M. I understand the realities of construction: permitting, inspections, utilities, traffic control, environmental constraints, and stakeholder coordination, and I build operational systems that account for those realities from day one.Clients work with me because I bring clarity, accountability, and calm execution to complex builds.
