Experienced Employment Lawyer with a specialism in employment law in an in-house setting. Skilled in all areas of employment law, including TUPE, Employment Contracts, Discrimination Claims, Unfair Dismissal and Trade Union disputes. I also regularly advise school clients on education and governance issues, including SEND Tribunal claims, Disruptive Parents and Restructures.
