Led implementation of Instil Bio’s ERP system (S4 HANA Cloud 2020) for Supply Chain business functions. Hands-on SAP S/4 analyst across various modules (MM, PP, EWM, QM and Ariba). Mentored and led system integrator consultants. Ensured that the solution design utilized current S4 HANA functionality. • Championed a Fiori first and SAP Best Practice solution Architecture for P2P and EWM. • Established a Supply Chain IT roadmap including objectives, priorities, and implementation plans. Focused on S/4 HANA with links to systems such as MES, LIMS, QMS. • Drove project and enhancement requests from business groups and took a lead role in the Change Control Board. • Developed a unified Kitting process utilizing the EWM Advanced Production Integration, the Fiori App generator, and a custom CDS views, • Automated Inbound and Outbound warehouse processes using the PPF and BADIs. • Developed a simplified scanning model using Fiori and tethered scanners. • Helped establish the validation plan for SAP. Worked with system integrators to bridge the gap between Agile Jira and ValGenesis.
