   Jon Lauckner is currently an investor and advisor for public and private companies, venture capital firms and SPACs. He retired as CTO of General Motors and President of GM Ventures in July 2020. During his 40 year career at GM, Lauckner was previously VP for research & development, VP of product planning, VP of program management and as an executive in several other technical and business operations. He worked for GM International Operations in South America and Europe for 14 years. During a decade as President of GM Ventures, he was a Board Member or Board Observer for a number of privately-held technology companies and 501-c3 organizations. He graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in Management from Stanford University as a Sloan Fellow and attended the Harvard Senior Executive Program.
