G.I.S. Manager with educational background and over 20 years of practical experience in GIS work. Extensive knowledge GIS technology and the pipeline design and engineering process with more than 11 years of pipeline related GIS experience. Experience managing a large group of GIS personnel (25 resources), tasks and deliverables on thousands of miles of pipeline engineering, design and construction projects (Including tens of thousands of map products). Managed and oversaw a GIS and AutoCAD production department. Departmental tasks to include but are not limited to; executing GIS deliverables, managing GIS Project managers and GIS leads, resource forecasting, employee performance review, employee performance planning, departmental training, workflow/work instruction development, time keeping/ budget review, project estimating and standard operating procedure development. Has implemented department policy/workflows and maintained quality assurance and production procedures. Oversees daily GIS activities on multiple projects. Extensive experience demonstrating GIS technology to large groups for business development purposes. Extensive experience managing large quantities of GIS data for projects and operations / maintenance.
