I\'ve joined the University of London to lead a major multi-year transformation within the Digital Campus Platform (DCP) programme. A strategic initiative modernising the University’s digital, CRM, CMS and learning ecosystem. The programme spans Salesforce Education Cloud, StoreConnect, Canvas LMS, SITS data integrations, identity (B2C/Condatis) and customer-facing journeys across micro-credentials, lifelong learning and student services.My role involves: Leading the Micro-credentials & Lifelong Learning transformation, overseeing discovery, solution design, technical integration and delivery across Salesforce, Canvas and StoreConnect commerce. Driving complex CRM, CMS and LMS modernisation, improving enquiry handling, onboarding, assessments, credentialing, payments, user journeys and operational workflows across federated colleges. Managing multi-supplier delivery, coordinating Deloitte (Systems Integrator), Condatis (Identity & Access Management), Numiko (UX/CMS), Nudge, internal product owners, SMEs and technical teams. Establishing programme governance, including RAID management, sprint ceremonies, roadmap planning, design authority alignment, cross-workstream dependency tracking and executive reporting. Overseeing integrations and data flows between Salesforce, Canvas, StoreConnect, SITS and other enterprise systems, ensuring alignment of technical design, IAM/SSO standards and user access models. Leading stakeholder engagement across Admissions, Registry, Assessments, Inclusive Practice, Student Services, Marketing, Product Owners and federated colleges. Ensuring readiness for phased go-lives, coordinating UAT preparation, process alignment, operational readiness, change management and service transition.This role places me at the centre of a major institutional transformation, modernising digital services, customer experience, technical platforms and core operations across a complex, federated organisation.
