In 2015, Leidos was awarded the Logistics Commodities and Services and Transformation (LCST) contract from the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD). The 13 year, multi billion UK pound sterling contract is targeted to transform the UK’s Defence supply chain. • Reporting into the Head of SD & F : Logistics, responsibility for Contract Management of all Depot and Warehousing Activities managed for the MOD across the United Kingdom. This encompasses specialist logistics warehousing and distribution services for the MOD’s provisions, including commodities, like clothing, oils and general medical supplies and the storage and specialist warehousing of armoury and hazardous and classified items. • Responsible for the contract management of the UK’s largest weapons warehouse, multiple semi and fully automated Fulfillment Centres and many other sites including operations at highly regulated medical store facilities.
