The Cyber Rapid Remediation Team (RRT) is a tactical unit for cyber risk containment. Its mission is to rapidly identify, prioritise, and drive remediation of high-risk exposures - across technology, people, and processes - before they escalate into security incidents.Operating at pace, the RRT coordinates subject matter experts and response actions to address vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and control gaps. The team is also mobilised during emerging threats such as zero-day exploits and critical threat intelligence alerts.By acting swiftly and decisively, the RRT plays a critical role in reducing the likelihood and impact of cyber threats, strengthening Aviva’s overall security posture.
