As a member of the Absence, Disability Management, and Life (ADML) team here at WTW, I consult on a wide variety of complex projects including (but not limited to): Vacation and Paid Time-off (PTO), Sick Leave, Salary Continuance, Family and Medical Leave (FML), Statutory Disability, Short-term Disability (STD), Long-term Disability (LTD), Life insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD & D) insurance programs.In my current role, I serve as the lead strategist, subject matter expert, project manager and primary communication liaison for our clients, providing actionable recommendations through benchmarked client deliverables, contributing to client management/new business activities, as well as collaborating with other subject matter experts on the creation of new intellectual capital to the benefit of both the practice and our clients.
