About Jon Hembree
Results oriented individual with a passion for building practical, business-focused welding systems that are profitable and ensure a high degree of integrity. In recent years at Williams I helped build a Welding SME group that took review times from months to days allowing for improved project execution through on-time welding start. During this time, workload doubled while labor was not increased; this was accomplished by eliminating silos and implementing teamwork systems. I look forward to challenging opportunities where I can lead a team of people to accomplish complex projects through the use of out-of-the-box solutions.OK Professional Engineer Number: 27732 AWS CWEng Number: 13•••01G AWS CWI Number: 13••••31ASME Section IX Code Course CASTI Intro.
