About Jon Hawkes
I have been working with my hands since I was young and have had a drive to push myself to get what needs to be done, done. I have grown in my years of working in the field and have transitioned into the inside aspect as an account manager at Waldo Brothers so that I can still maintain my familiarity with the out-side work force that drives the industry to be what it is. I take a lot of enjoyment in being able to help my customers with problems they are having and finding creative ways to solve there issues. I take great pride in what I do and hearing that someone is happy with what I have done for them and that they too could not be happier makes my job worth while and exciting. This is why at the end of every phone call or conversation you will always hear me say. Is there anything else I can do for you, and thank you for thinking of us? I truly think above all else the customers satisfaction comes first and if I can take as much of the problem away as humanly possible then I have done my job and hope that the next time a problem arises they will think of me and I can do it all over again.
