ABOUT JON GILL
Jon is an audit partner responsible for EY’s audits on a number of listed, public interest and large private businesses. Alongside this, he leads EY’s TMT audit business in the UK. He has worked with a number of large FTSE and global brands, and has a track record of delivering in demanding circumstances. Jon is particularly adept at leading large teams, and at interacting with Executive management and Audit Committees in large organisations. Jon has worked in over 15 different countries on assurance assignments, including his secondment to Sydney. He has worked on a number of cross border transactions including a number of Class 1 transactions and IPOs, has co-ordinated major global audits of 30 global component territories, and has extensive experience of transitioning audits and other assurance engagements.Jon has technical expertise under IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP. In addition, he has a broad range of experience of working under other regulatory standards, including Sarbannes-Oxley.
