I have overseen the programmes of works to return surface and underground operations to production, led the operational delivery of Africa’s most highly automated underground mine and established open pits. In maximising the potential of assets, I have defined and executed efficiency improvement and cost reduction programmes from mine to mill, maintenance and plant performance uplift through to management operating systems, organisational design and restructuring.
