A seasoned litigator with a wealth of trial experience in state and federal court, my practice focuses on counseling clients on a wide-range of business practices and handling complex commercial litigation matters. My trial experience ranges from construction and product liability cases to matters involving wrongful death, discrimination, real estate and land use. Recent matters include: A $6.5 million settlement on behalf of 450 current/former employees in Swiderski, et al v. Allied Waste Services of Massachusetts, LLC; the largest employment settlement in Massachusetts in 2015A $17.5 million judgment in Rental Associates, Inc. v. Arizona Reinsurance Group, a RICO case that, at the time, was the largest judgment ever awarded in the Springfield Division of U.S. District CourtNegotiated the resolution of a claim on behalf of 28 misclassified employees in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in TexasA $4 million judgment in a wrongful death action involving the death of an infant due to injuries allegedly inflicted by her nanny in Sameer Sabir v.
