   Through coordination with Designers and District Personnel, monitor budgets, schedules, and design submissions of transportation improvement projects including roundabouts, corridors, traffic signal upgrades, intersection realignments, and Complete Streets projects 2. Review project histories by reading road safety audits and minutes from previous meetings, project need forms, and project initiation forms 3. Review and approve Consultants\' Invoices 4. Upload submissions to ProjectInfo including Design Plans, Functional Design Reports, Design Exception Reports, and environmental and pavement related documents 5. Report on the progress of my projects at Prioritization of Projects (PoP) Meetings 6. Coordinate with the State Utilities Engineer when receiving Utility Plans to monitor force accounts 7. Upload cost estimates to the ProjectInfo repository, the CPE, and the CAPE 8. Check weighted average bid unit prices against MassDOT\'s database 9. Participate in Highway Core Curriculum classes to learn about MassDOT as a whole 10. Review Designers\' submissions and use Blue Beam to invite attendees (reviewers) and track MassDOT HQ and District reviewers\' comments along with consultant responses 11. Coordinate and facilitate Comment Resolution Meetings at each design submission stage once the corresponding Blue Beam session expires 12. Attend site walks with the District Utility and Constructibility Engineer (DUCE), municipal personnel, Designers, and utility representatives to evaluate possible overhead and underground utility conflicts and formulate solutions 13. Organize and participate in over-the-shoulder conceptual design meetings and conference calls 14. Coordinate and moderate 25% Design Public Hearings to gather public input related to assigned design projects 15. Respond to constituent questions and concerns 16. Serve as Assistant Program Manager for the Intersection Improvement Program, prioritizing potential TIP projects based on Readiness, costs, and need
