About Jon Foley Sherman
I am fiercely committed to the wellbeing of people as a goal and as a means for accelerating collaboration and innovation. As the manager of the R&D team in Innovations at WellSpan, I help leaders ensure that improvement design stays human-centered, always. I\'ve written a book on the ethics of attention and have over two decades of experience in facilitated development in professional, university, and nonprofit sectors. I previously helped launch an innovation department and improved inpatient experience reporting at a regional hospital, and streamlined communication and improved workflow for a nationally celebrated communications firm, a school district, health sciences college, a live entertainment company, and a world-wide architecture firm. I am also an Executive Communications coach specializing in Executive Presence training. I have been called passionate, attentive, loyal, and absurd, but the performance review I’m proudest of concluded with this: “He’s so kind.”
