United Parcel Services (UPS) – Source to Pay (S2P) Transformation Manager in Procurement Department - The CEO, CFO, and CPO mandated to manage all spend globally through the procurement organization and significantly advance procurement capabilities through technology. The outcomes achieved was successfully moved 100% of spend managed through Procurement, improved user experience through mobile transactions and supplier experiences, and reduced manual transactions through digitalizing the platform. The manager role was to stand up Coupa for Procurement to source and manage contracts for all spending, and to serve as the buying channel and invoicing processing system.
