Financial modelling as part of bro bono advisory - Review the financial performance of each of the Group’s legal entities on a monthly basis, in addition to budget and forecasts, involving communication with all finance teams globally - Prepare monthly pack for the Group Executive Committee encapsulating P&L, metrics and commentary for each of the Group’s divisions (involved liaising with finance teams in London, New York, Zurich, Paris)- On a biannual basis, prepare a Divisional Cross Introductions report, to measure the cohesion between divisions, for presentation to the CEO, board members, Group Executive Committee, and divisional heads- Prepare the monthly Group reporting dashboards for inclusion in the Group Executive Committee papers along with supporting analysis- Prepare the quarterly Group financial Board report for inclusion in the Board papers- Prepare the annual Group budget, bottom up forecasts as and when required, as well as ad hoc forecasts and projections.
