Responsible for three strands of College business: School Liaison - promoting the outstanding success of EN to prospective students in local schools and highlighting the unrivalled curriculum offer that the College offers. Working closely with colleagues in partner and non-partner schools to ensure that EN is represented at careers events and open evenings and also presentations to Year 10 and Year 11 students. Offering guidance and support to students who apply to EN and offering IAG advice to students considering their next steps post Year 11. Also the delivery of events for students across most academic years, either in College or school, to give them a flavour of College life prior to the application process. Marketing - Responsible for the delivery of the College\'s Marketing and Communications strategy. This includes all internal and external marketing, College website, social media channels, media releases and the College prospectus. Working with colleagues and external partners to produce a wide range of marketing publications to support the Colleges outstanding reputation, both locally and nationally. Admissions - Responsible for the effectiveness of the Admissions procedures at the College to ensure a smooth transition from Year 11 to the College for all students who choose EN as their destination. This includes overseeing the College\'s application process and supporting paperwork, reviewing applications and undertaking interviews with Year 11 students who have made their application to EN. Providing data to the Senior Management Team and the management of key college events such as Open Days, Information Evenings, Taster Days and enrolment. Maintaining close contact with applicants and their parents/carers to deliver a high standard of support to prospective students throughout their admissions journey.
