The TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) is the U.S. Department of Defense health care program for several hundred thousands of active duty U.S. service members, retirees and their families, and certain other beneficiaries, in over 100 countries outside the US. I am the senior Medical Director within the global TOP Assistance Centre structure with responsibility for the optimum delivery of medical assistance to TOP Remote beneficiaries (i.e. those who do not have access to a US military treatment facility) and the execution of safe and efficient patient movement, including aeromedical evacuation. I provide guidance, leadership, policy and management direction to the TOP Regional Medical Directors for Eurasia-Africa, Asia-Pacific and Latin America-Canada and to the TOP Director of Nursing.See

I\'m a doctor and medical leader with 30 years of military, public- and private-sector experience, both in the UK and overseas.
