Reconomy is the UK’s market-leading provider of outsourced recycling and resource management services. From our offices in Telford, Shropshire we co-ordinate in excess of waste movements every week and annually manage approximately 3m tonnes of waste. I am currently working in Reconomy\'s Business & Industry sector as Customer Service Team Manager. I completed Reconomy\'s Leadership Management Development Programme in February 2015. This role was been designed to develop a broad knowledge of Reconomy and gain valuable experience in the waste industry. The programme has enabled me to move around the business and understand the key areas of our working environment. I have further qualifications such as CIWM - Management of Hazardous Waste & Wastesmart My leadership skills have been developed through my years of playing rugby. Achievements include 1st Team Bedstone College Captain, 1st Team Player of the Year 2014, Young Player of the year 2014 & Clubman of the year 2020 at - Warley RFC - for taking on the chair of players and social media management roles
