ABOUT JON COOMBE
I am a motivated, positive and friendly Area Sales Engineer with over 34 years of experience with Spirax Sarco, the FTSE100 UK market leader for steam & condensate optimisation, decarbonisation and energy savings.I joined Spirax Sarco in 1989 on a technical apprenticeship and have had a variety of roles during my time with Spirax from building our products on the shop floor to working in purchasing, internal sales and our service department. I have a sound engineering background having an HNC in mechanical engineering. I have a CMI in Management Level 5 (Management and Leadership) graduate course and Level 7 (Strategic Management) post graduate course. I have an active interest in positive management strategies and techniques.I have covered East Anglia since and have grown my business significantly over those years through providing advice and building strong relationships with my customers. I have designed and improved thousands of steam and condensate systems and have a wealth of knowledge on all things to do with steam, energy savings, LTHW and DHW systems.I regularly present to my peers and customers, covering such things as bespoke training courses on existing steam system design or proposing decarbonisation and energy saving schemes.
