I am responsible for overseeing the tendering, contract negotiation, risk management, and financial performance of the company\'s portfolio, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to our clients.My core competencies include value engineering, cost management, highways, contract negotiation, contractual claims management, contract strategy and people management. I have a proven track record of leading and supporting successful bids and contracts, such as, the £150 million mixed-use development in Newbury, Thames Water Frameworks, the €100 million Dunleer to Dundalk Motorway, the £106 million Perry Oaks Iver South Relocation project and sustainably growing a regional contracting business from £10 million to £57 million/annum. I have a strong business development acumen with a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying and a Chartered member of the RICS.
