As Vice President of Manufacturing at B&I, I oversee the strategic growth of piping, plumbing, sheet metal, and electrical manufacturing, as well as prefabrication and modular construction. As the Vice President of Manufacturing for one of Florida’s largest MEP contractors, I lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering quality prefabrication solutions across a range of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. With our state-of-the-art fabrication shops, we produce over 5 million pounds of sheet metal annually, as well as build complex assemblies like pump and boiler skids, central energy plant (CEP) prefab, MTRs (multi-trade racks), STRs (single trade racks), and various underground and aboveground prefabricated systems.Our work includes the full spectrum of MEP prefabrication, from in-wall roughs, electrical panels and conduit racks to chilled water, domestic water, and med-gas. We leverage advanced modeling through Revit to spool directly to our automated fab shop equipment, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency across all projects. One of the first initiatives I rolled out was immediately transitioning all of our manufacturing shops to a singular web-based spooling and data software which has been incredibly successful for us. My focus is on optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving innovation in MEP construction, and enhancing our team’s capabilities to support large-scale, complex projects in healthcare, commercial, and industrial sectors.
