These departments configure the application on both the buyer and supplier side, inclusive of providing best practices. If you have a question on how BirchStreet works, or best practices, we\'re here to answer!During my tenure at BirchStreet, I have had the opportunity to work in many departments to fully understand the system and best practices: Support, Supplier Adoption, Development, Project Management and Technical Services. Before joining BirchStreet, I provided technical support in the telecommunications industry.

Whether it is integrating a supplier with electronic invoicing, or setting a supplier up with supplier portal access, our team works to ensure the required vendors are available for our clients.
