I have over 23 years of I.T. experience in total. The last 3+ years working in Oracle HCM Cloud doing HCM/FAW/ADW/OCI development, analysis and configuration. My prior years of experience are made up of Oracle Database Development/DBA and On-Premise Oracle HRMS/ERP. I have demonstrated success designing and implementing database/data solutions that improve business functionality. Possess diversified technical background with Enterprise System Solutions. Proven ability to implement technologies that decrease costs, increase performance, and positively affect the bottom line.

   Working in Oracle HCM Cloud. Responsibilities include report development, creating new and updating reports. Developing OTBI creating analysis, dashboards, KPIs and other objects. Developing data models and dashboards in OAC. Developing specialized reports in BI Publisher, writing complex SQL, tuning it, and creating the appropriate Data Models. Analyzing the best business processes and choosing the correct Oracle HCM tables and security. Performing all necessary testing, working with cross-functional teams, and creating functional, technical and migration documents.Developing and updating visualizations in Fusion Analytics Warehouse, including moving data from Oracle HCM by creating Augmented tables and exporting data to ADW for testing. Creating views from new Augmented tables and data sets in FAW/ADW. Helping to manage FAW/ADW resets/refreshes and maintaining data integrity between HCM and FAW.
