Led that company as CEO from private ownership to 100% ESOP. Received Boeing Supplier of the year there while CEO. Now experienced in multiple engineering, operational, and executive leadership positions across multiple industries in 5 key companies that brought exceptional diversity and experience to me in ISO, AS9100, NQA-1, OSHA, FDA, and other regulated industry certifications.Have a documented history of entering a new company and/or industry and progressing successfully through leadership opportunities to create new levels of teamwork and success.Love people and thrive on seeing individuals grow and find their place on a team and experience individual and team success.
