Corporate Caregiver Camp offers 3 special programs that companies can offer their employees who are balancing not only work, their personal lives but also Caregiving. Almost 3 out of every 10 employees is caring for a loved-one who is an adult (most often a senior adult) and if you add-in working parents the number can be over 50% of all employees. With post-Covid (hopefully?) and people returning to work/hybrid/WFH the employer/employee world is totally upside down. We are not a Employee Assistance Program (offered by many) per se. We are something different. We are a “reset”, a chance for employees and managers to understand the burden, impact and problems caused by this new dynamic.
