About Jon Brandt

After being released by the San Diego Padres after Spring Training in 2002, I moved to Bainbridge Island, WA where I founded Ozone International, a green, food safety technology business focusing on shelf life extension of perishable food products and non-chemical food safety. After migrating from selling ozone machines to a full service leasing model in 2009, we saw a significant increase in our long term customer satisfaction and engagement. Today, our company focuses on designing, supplying and servicing ozone systems for the North America food and beverage industry. We are proud to have a dedicated national service technician team covering almost 500 leased and serviced ozone systems in North America that are monitored and controlled remotely through the internet.Our approach is not simple but it is what the market needs and wants to have a safe, reliable and effective ozone solution. We are often called in to support ozone machines from other companies that were purchased over the years and have gone under supported or unsupported. We want your help to share our story because a lot of companies are unaware of what we can do for them so we appreciate your help in bringing that awareness.    Ozone International has grown since our inception to be the largest ozone company in North America (possibly the world) dedicated to non-chemically, enhancing the quality and safety of food with ozone applications. At Ozone International, we are passionate about eliminating pathogens and chemicals in your food.The technology is a family of internet enabled, ozone generation systems that convert molecular oxygen (O2) into ozone (O3) which is then used in food processing facilities to achieve the company\'s purpose of non-chemically, enhancing the quality and safety of food. Ozone allows our clients to non-chemically disinfect their food products, equipment, processing facilities, storage facilities and their water without leaving any unwanted chemical residuals on their employees, food products or in the environment. As food safety, organics, shelf life, employee safety and environmental stewardship trends all continue to grow, the company believes it is very well positioned to positively and significantly impact the food chain.
