   Executive quality leader responsible for the global performance of the Commercial Aircraft Division, with full ownership of customer quality, manufacturing quality, supplier quality, and regulatory compliance across multi-site, international operations- Own customer quality performance including escape prevention and rapid containment and recovery. Establish executive-level Voice of Customer reviews and KPI dashboards to drive leadership action- Lead Zero-Defect and Cost of Poor Quality reduction strategies across all manufacturing sites- Direct global Supplier Quality Engineering organizations across the Americas, Europe, and Asia with authority over supplier compliance, risk, and development based on data-driven prioritization- Architect and deploy standardized, scalable quality systems and processes across the organization and supply chain, including AS9145-compliant APQP/PPAP, to achieve operational excellence- Serve as the accountable executive for compliance and continued certification to AS9100 and various Regulatory Body (FAA, EASA, UK CAA, CAAC, etc.) Part 21 and Part 145 requirements- IAQG voting member, contributing to industry standards development and alignment across global aerospace stakeholders
