Jon Bartlett founded Kelp Records in 1994, which has grown into a management company (Kelp Management) based in Ottawa, managing artists Andy Shauf, Cadence Weapon, Marina Allen and Foxwarren. Jon also is the Director of MEGAPHONO, an organization focused on spreading Ottawa-area music to the world, which held the first edition of an annual music showcase festival in Ottawa in Feburary 2015.
