ABOUT JON ARNOLD
With over thirty years in the industry, I have gained considerable leadership experience in all aspects of project delivery through leading teams, departments, major projects, alliances and joint ventures (JV). I am a motivational leader, which has contributed to building and leading high performing, diverse teams. In addition to project delivery, I have worked on feasibility studies, project bidding, dispute resolution through to claims resolution, final account negotiations, working for both client and contractor. I am experienced in building and managing large teams to deliver safely, and within strict timescales and budgetary constraints. This includes a wide range of frameworks, from high volume and low value frameworks at £50m per annum, to turning over £100m per annum of a £1bn scheme. As a longstanding member of the construction sector, I am passionate about improving the environment, not only in relation to the impact of infrastructure works but also advocating for the area in which I have lived and worked throughout my life.
