Following a successful career as a Private Equity CFO, M&A Director and private equity investor, I now provide Chairman/ NED, Consulting/ Advisory and Mentoring services.Strategic executive director experience in Technology (including SaaS), Business Services/ Consulting, and Energy/ Cleantech/ Utilities.Non Executive Director experience at both private equity and privately owned energy, technology, specialist engineering, business services, consulting, travel, online retail and manufacturing companies.Private Equity CFO experience including successfully developing and delivering new commercial models in rapidly evolving markets, M&A/ investment, large-scale tender/ capital project and restructuring based strategies in technology, energy and business services companies. As CFO at UK Power Reserve increased EBITDA from start-up to £40M+ in 6 years for 2 private equity investors.Led two exits of UKPR for the PE owners including a disposal to Sembcorp Industries for an EV of £340M (a 2.5x Money Multiple & 47% IRR), and an exit to Inflexion/ Equistone for £75M (a 2x MM).As M&A Director at Hydrex (a Bridgepoint Capital investment) managed an acquisition strategy which led to an increase in EBITDA from £4M to £10M+ and a sale to PE for £100M+(a 3x MM).Seven years\' experience as a senior mid-market investor at Lloyds Development Capital and Royal Bank Private Equity.A three-time BVCA award winner, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Non-Executive Directors\' Association Certified.Experienced Chairman and NED, and Chair of Audit, Investment, Risk & Remuneration Committees.
