Supported the Creative Director in managing a new design department consisting of Branded, Social and Editorial Designers and Art Directors- Worked with producers and art directors to project manage new and existing show packages for shows like Hot Ones and Sneaker Shopping- Assisted in the transition between a merging of three creative teams - Managed design timelines for editorial projects including Complex Volume, Complex Covers, and Complex’s mid and end-of-year round-ups- Led resourcing for all of Complex’s editorial projects/campaigns- Assisted in resourcing for editorial photoshoots- Supported the branded design director in pre-sale vetting- Led resourcing for Complex’s branded campaigns that contained social products, display media ads, and illustration, animation or hub/new site elements- Utilized PM tools such as Monday.com and AirTable to oversee bandwidth and mark project milestones- Worked closely with the Director of Operations to facilitate cross-team communications among Buzzfeed, Complex, and FWF brand departments
