Currently, I am honored to serve as the Relocation Director for ERA Summit\'s award-winning relocation department. Leading a team of talented professionals, I oversee the coordination of relocation moves for customers in and out of the Albuquerque & Santa Fe Metro areas. It brings me great satisfaction to strategize and provide exceptional service to ensure our clients have a smooth and successful transition. My journey began in 1997 when I obtained my real estate license with Pargin Realty, Inc. Throughout the years, I have been a part of the evolution of the company, which changed names to Pargin Realty ERA, then ERA Sellers & Buyers, and eventually became ERA Summit. Starting as a Sales Associate, I quickly proved myself as an “A-Team” relocation agent, consistently exceeding expectations and earning a reputation for my ability to connect clients with their ideal properties. I took great pride in delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. It was a rewarding experience to be a part of their journey and help them navigate the complexities of relocating. In 2010, I embraced a new role as a Qualifying Broker, assuming responsibility for ensuring compliance and upholding the highest standards of professionalism within our brokerage. I dedicated myself to maintaining an in-depth understanding of industry regulations by continuing to volunteer at our local Realtor® Association. Also, coaching my brokers and implementing best practices, earning the trust and confidence of both my colleagues and clients. I continue to strive for excellence in every aspect of my work, earning the Certified Relocation Professional designation in June 2023. My extensive experience, dedication, and strong leadership have solidified my reputation as a trusted and respected professional in the real estate community. I am passionate about helping customers navigate the complexities of homeownership and helping real estate professionals succeed in this industry.
