My leadership has consistently improved operational agility, customer experience, and time-to-market.Previously, I led award-winning initiatives at Bharti AXA GIC, including the Guidewire-based SMART claims system and a seamless IT integration post-merger with ICICI Lombard. At CSC, I built India’s insurance COE and delivered six full lifecycle implementations, including greenfield and migration programs.
