Proven at operating at board, executive and public-sector and private sector level, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering multi-million-pound programmes spanning transformation, services and delivery ecosystems that deliver measurable improvements.Currently operating at enterprise leadership level within Saint-Gobain, shaping growth strategy, stakeholder engagement and cross-business collaboration across the construction value chain. Known for building trust fast, navigating ambiguity and converting strategic intent into commercial outcomes.
