A: During my time across industries, I have grown in the ability to take complex, ambiguous concepts and transform them into results? A: I focus on growth. By asking & answering these questions: Generating sustainable revenue streams? Operating in the most cost-effective way to produce results? Working together to plan, develop, and execute strategy? Delivering projects on time, within scope & budget? There’s (much) more–but you get the idea. A: At first, my role was the program manager of the M&A transition. I stayed on to help scale and streamline all the companies into one powerhouse. Then, the COO was fired. The CEO asked me to lead operations. Together with the remote ops team, we managed human resources, contract administration, IT management, marketing, legal, facility & culture management, and strategic initiatives. We removed barriers and brought people together which produced 48% savings? A: Empowering people to do the best work of their lives. Using agile management, I free remote teams to make things happen on time, within scope and budget? A: I’m an experienced leader–from startups to established corporations. In my experience, I have: Led programs/projects (PMP, CSM) Headed human resources (Cornell Employment Law) Analyzed sales data, proposals, contracts & financials (Harvard Leading with Finance) Piloted marketing & PR campaigns (Georgetown University) Negotiated tough conversations (Never Split The Difference by Chris Voss) Cybersecurity (CompTIA Security+ in progress)? A: Leaders today need to understand cybersecurity to protect the organization from risks. And, I want to be knowledgeable in cybersecurity to help companies make secure decisions. Plus, for the first time in my life, I had the opportunity to take an unpaid sabbatical and focus on new concepts & tools (Linux, Wireshark, AWS, Splunk, Burpsuite & more).
