ABOUT JOLIE SNOW

I am an experienced project manager who has managed and worked with diverse global teams across all levels of an organization within various industries. I was instrumental in implementing Agile principles and ceremonies in multiple non-software environments and have served as scrum master and provided Scaled Agile and Engineering Agility training to clients and MI-GSO | PCUBED employees. I have a unique breadth of knowledge in automotive manufacturing and engineering processes/systems at both the tactical and strategic level. An exceptional facilitator, I have used those skills to lead idea generation workshops, facilitate scrum ceremonies, problem solve, provide status updates and to insure effective meetings. I am an effective trainer (I prefer performance support specialist!) providing training in various aspects of Agile, project management, software user training and more.
