I started with the studio a month before we opened and am one of the top two performers with over in sales in the first nine months (fiscal year). Continue to have consistently high sales including one $150+K month this year. I am strategic on how to grow my business long term. Use SalesForce as a prospecting and quoting tool to build a strong base of clientele. I work strategically to expand the client’s connection to the DWR brand and facilitate outreach to the local design community. Set up in-home client consultations, 3-D renderings and design plans for prospective clients. Regular outreach and visits to trade professionals both in and out of state. Have won two rewards based on overall sales for region.
