ABOUT JOLENE MIDDLETON
At the heart of every good business is its people. I am incredibly lucky to work in a role I love helping organisations to bring the two together. Experienced in designing and implementing new attraction and selection strategies as well as ensuring a smooth onboarding proces for new starters. I have worked with a number of ATS systems including Success Factors, Taleo, Networx and Irecruit, this includes implementation of new systems where I have taken responsibility for designing and delivering training for those within Talent Acquisition as well as HR and the wider Management Teams.I am a natural communicator and enjoy building relationships, I love getting under the skin of the businesses areas I support so I can understand what it feels like to be part of their team.
