Responsible for integrating people, places, and processes to ensure employees are productive and that Agency facilities are provisioned and designed to retain talent. My role incorporates real estate, facilities, and interior design elements, in coordination with DTS, to deliver a workplace experience that creates a competitive advantage for the Agency in the built environment. This position manages all strategic and multi-disciplinary Facilities projects, the Facilities Contact Center, internal maintenance staff, food services, daycare, building budgets, real estate, and integrated workplace management systems and applications.
