My work as the Business Development Manager continues to contribute to our success in the business aviation industry. Our efforts are aligned with the sales team, engineering, marketing, and event teams to drive business objectives and growth. Prior to my role within the sales organization, I spent 13-years as an environmental compliance and occupational health and safety specialist. I am deeply committed to diversity and inclusion as the leader of Embrace Women U.S. Employee Resource Group (ERG). Embrace Women U.S. is Embraer\'s first ERG in the U.S. Since 2021, we have united to advance women in business, aviation, and aerospace, providing a platform for empowerment, professional development, and leadership mentoring.
