I’m a behavioral health professional with a strong foundation in clinical support, care coordination, and community outreach, paired with hands-on experience in product development and quality testing. Across my career, I’ve been driven by one core mission: to improve people’s lives by connecting them with meaningful support, resources, and solutions.For several years, I worked directly with youth, families, and adults experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and complex psychosocial needs. In roles ranging from Care Coordinator to Substance Use Specialist and Discharge Planner, I developed deep experience in: Case management & psychosocial rehabilitation, Crisis intervention & de-escalation, Motivational interviewing, Multidisciplinary treatment planning and Patient navigation & care continuity. This foundation naturally evolved into my current work in Clinical Relations, where I bridge the gap between behavioral health programs and the community. I lead outreach strategies, foster partnerships, educate referral sources, and strengthen school and community relationships to expand access to mental health services.Alongside my clinical background, I’ve also built experience in research and product development, conducting product testing, ingredient research, and quality assessments across multiple consumer categories, combining analytical skills with creativity and user-focused thinking.I thrive in roles that blend relationship-building, problem-solving, communication, and strategic planning. Whether working with clients, families, community partners, or development teams, I bring empathy, organization, and a solutions-oriented mindset to every environment.I’m currently continuing my graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am committed to making mental health care more accessible, collaborative, and community-centered.
