   As the Critical Environments Manager at the Campus I ensure the proper operation of all aspects of the Data Center, The Laboratory, and The Central Utility Plant; That includes All Incoming Utilities, Fire Alarm, Access Controls, HVAC, and Building Automations Systems. I function as the single point of contact with the client and work with the Finance and Operations Teams to deliver a Safe, Innovative, and Productive workplace experience to our client.Manage proper operations with JLL employees and contractors to efficiently and safely perform work on the campus assets, that includes: Amazing Air Systems, Boilers, Exhaust Systems, Heat Recovery, Fan Coil Units, CRAHU Units, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, ATS\', STS\', Batteries, UPS\' PDU\'s, all HVAC Equipment, Domestic Hot Water, Non-Potable Hot Water, Reverse Osmosis Systems,Compressors, Vacuum pumps, and Air DryersI have developed Methods of Procedures to safely shutdown and maintain the Campus Equipment without loosing the utility supplied to the campus.Our team has achieved top scores on JLL\'s Engineering Services Compliance Program.We have been awarded a Safety Award for 7M man hours of safe work on the ExxonMobil CampusExxonMobil Residents have given our team a near perfect 4.1 satisfaction gradeAs Master Electrician I work in the Campus Electrical Team overseeing and Stewart the testing, troubleshooting maintenance, and repair to The Campus Electrical System.
