Chris Wolfstirn works with real estate sellers, buyers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the States of New Jersey and New York. Born and raised in Ridgewood New Jersey, Chris and his wife Ellen purchased their own Ridgewood home in 2022 where they live with their daughter Evelyn. Chris considers the real estate transaction an opportunity for building relationships, rather than simply a business deal. As a career firefighter/EMT and licensed substitute teacher, Chris has built his real estate business around serving his network and his community. Chris believes the friendships he makes during his real estate interactions should last well beyond the closing table. Chris has his undergraduate degree in physical education from William Paterson University, and earned his NJ and NY real estate licenses after discovering a love for helping people fulfill their home selling and buying dreams. In addition to his dual careers, Chris and his family enjoy going for walks with their husky Koda, swimming at Graydon Pool, and going on local adventures and discovering all of the fun things Northern New Jersey has to offer. Chris works with a team of real estate professionals and vendors to ensure the entire process runs as smoothly as possible. He participates in a variety of continuing education courses to enhance his knowledge in the field, and is always looking for ways to keep up with real estate in an ever-changing world of new technology and systems.
