A home is one of the most valuable and most important assets a person will ever own, so I am very careful to respect the importance of that investment. I have the patience for every client - from first time homebuyers to the most savvy homeowner wishing to sell or lease out their home. My personal experience buying, selling, investing and renting homes, town homes and condos helps me relate to almost every residential real estate transaction.My former role as a financial center manager allowed me to organize and facilitate first time homebuyer workshops. I have a passion for working with clients to help put them on the road to homeownership. To that end, credit counseling has also become a passion of mine. In my spare time, my husband and I are DIYers, so when we\'re not busy improving our own home, we enjoy volunteering to help build homes with Habitat for Humanity. I enjoy staging homes and I have had success selling homes that I have staged prior to placing them on the market.I believe a good real estate agent should always work hard to represent your interests during contract negotiation, contingency, closing and beyond.
